The number 14 shirt may not be in the first 11 lineups, but it is usually worn by players who are the first choice in their teams.

It is also an iconic number worn by several big stars in previous years and can also be about an alternative to number 7 on the pitch of play.

Usually, the number is worn by wing forwards, strikers and attacking midfielders. Xabi Alonso, Thierry Henry, and Johan Cruyff are some great examples of footballers who wore the number 14 jersey.

However, let’s take a look at the football players who are wearing the number 14 jersey in 2024.
