1. NJ/NY Gotham FC
The Goths are a professional women’s soccer team based in Harrison, New Jersey.
Gotham competes in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), which they have been part of since 2013.
They were initially known as Jersey Sky Blue at their formation in 2006, before reverting to their current name in 2021.
They won the Women’s Professional Soccer in 2009 — their inaugural season, which earned them a visit to the White House by President Barack Obama.
They currently play at the 25,000-capacity Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.

2. Atlantic City
The Aces are a lower-tier semi-professional American soccer team based in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The modest side was formed in 2017 and competes in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL).
Atlantic City was formerly coached by Swansea City ex-player Kristian O’Leary.
They currently play their home matches at the 1500-capacity Rowan University stadium.
They usually play in a purple, white, and black jersey combination.
3. New Jersey Alliance
NJAFC are a semi-professional team based in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
Alliance were founded in 2012 by Edgar Guardia, a businessman based in the same town as where the team was set up.
They currently play in the amateur NISA Nation league, the 4th tier of the American soccer league system.
They currently play their home games at the Athenia Steel Complex.
Their official colors are yellow, white, and blue.
4. New Jersey Stallions
The Stallions are currently based in Wayne, New Jersey.
The lower-tier soccer side was founded in 1996 and competed in various divisions of the United Soccer Leagues until 2004.
Their current chairman is Rich Gentile. The New Jersey side currently plays in the USL Development League, where they have been since 2004.
Their kit color is blue, white and black. They play their home games at the DePaul Catholic HS Stadium.
American-born former Italy international striker Giuseppe Rossi is one of their former players.
5. New Jersey Gladiators
The Gladiators are a New Jersey professional soccer team based in the city called Newark.
The club was founded in 2012 as Garden State Croatia FC but changed to its current name in 2014 following its expansion.
They currently play their home matches at the Pascack Valley High School.
Their present chairman is Croat Marijah Pavisic.
