After winning the FIFA Under 20 and FIFA Under 17 World Cups, England’s youth football has been praised as one the best on the globe. They are even hoping that another Golden generation will emerge soon.

10. Angel Gomes, 17

His full name is actually Adilson Angel Abreu de Almeida Gomes and he is the nephew of former Manchester united player Nani. A member of the victorious England Under 17 team, Angel Gomes also plays for Manchester United and has captained England at under-16 ,
under-17 and under-18 levels. He has already achieved a lot of outstanding feats at the Manchester united academy team, including becoming youngest player to score a hat-trick for
Manchester United at academy level since 2001. Angel Gomes is attacking midfielder, whose style of play has been compared to Ronaldinho.

9. Jadon Sancho, 17

Jadon Sancho was a star at the UEFA Under 17 Championship in 2016. He is also a member of the victorious Under 17 team, and his goals in the group stages propelled them to victory. Sancho is a winger who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund, after moving from Manchester City in 2017. Jadon is a strong and fast winger who likes to score.

Calvert-Lewin was very instrumental at the FIFA Under 20 World Cup in Korea, his goal in the final against Venezuela helped them clinch victory. Dominic Calvert Lewin is definitely one of the most exciting youth prospects in England right now. He began his career as a striker at Sheffield United, but currently plays for Everton. He has made the debut for the club and even scored the winner
for Everton in their Europa League qualifying match against Slovakian side MFK Ružomberok in 2017. Calvert-Lewin is described as strong striker with great skills and has been compared to Wayne Rooney.

4. Ademola Lookman, 20

Ademola Lookman is another youngster from Everton who makes the list. The diminutive winger is an exciting youth star for England, his amazing performances for Charlton Athletic, were he scored 10 goals in 45 matches, attracted interest from top English clubs. He scored on his debut against Manchester City in 2017. He also played an important role in England’s Under 20 World Cup victory.
