They are expected to dedicate their time to their contracts with their respective teams; it is therefore not too surprising to see highly exotic cars in multiple numbers in soccer players’ garages. Some of them even have private jets to make their transportation easy in between their very tight schedules.

However, as much as football is very financially rewarding and well-paying, not all soccer players can afford a private jet. Here are the top current and ex-soccer players who own one.

The jet costs £2.6 million and has a maximum flight range of 1,355 miles at a speed of 466 miles per hour, and can carry seven people max on the go.

According to Patricio Rubio, a former teammate of Ronaldinho who played alongside the 2002 World Cup winner in Mexico, the Brazilian football legend would take his private jet to Cancun to party after matches. Rubio also revealed that he never saw Ronaldinho train on Mondays.

The jet can lift up to nine passengers at a speed of 478 miles per hour and 2,040 nautical miles.

The jet has a fully digital autopilot system in case of an emergency, and it costs £5.7 million.

The £10.8 million priced jet has an enhanced flight vision system and an infrared camera.

In June 2022, it was reported that Neymar’s private jet was forced into an emergency landing in Brazil due to a technical problem. Neymar was on his way to his summer holiday after a long season with PSG and international duty.

Former Manchester United player Wayne Rooney owns a Dassault Falcon 900LX that cost £14 million and stands at 66 feet long and 24 feet in height.

The aircraft is considered one of the most fuel-efficient planes in the world. The Dassault Falcon 900LX is a three-engine jet aircraft built by Dassault Aviation.

Rooney has been seen walking to his private jet, which is parked at the airport, in several editorial photos.

The 99’9”-long jet is perfect for quick family getaways, with it being able to swallow up to 19 fully-grown passengers.

It Is reported that the former Manchester United player sold his Gulfstream G200 to Kylian Mbappé as it became too small to accommodate his entourage on each trip.
