Manchester united’s most expensive signing is there key player this season. He has a crucial part to play in Mourinho’s plans. And don’t forget he is one of the very few United player with champions league experience.
3. Newcastle United – Dwight Gayle
Often described as an ‘energetic, hardworking,
pacey striker’ and a ‘natural finisher, the former Crystal palace man is Newcastle’s key player this season. After scoring 32 goals in the championship last season, his goals will essential to Newcastle now.
4. Southampton – Virgil van Dijk
The defender whose future with southampton has been under transfer speculation is the key player for his team. After producing strings of outstanding displays last season, he is surely the club’s main player.
5. Stoke City – Kurt Zouma
I think Kurt Zouma will be a key player for Stoke. His great defending ability will no doubt be an asset for stoke.

Of course Harry Kane is there key player. Although I’ll admit that it was difficult to choose from the incredible talent pool in Tottenham. Dele Alli, Heung Min Son and Dembele are honorable mentions.
9. West Bromwich Albion – Jay Rodriguez
Their star man last season will be definitely be key to them this season. He played well in the preseason games. Rondon and Jonny Evans are also Honorable mentions.
10. West Ham – Adam Lanzini
After buying Joe Hart, Pablo Zabaleta and Marko Arnautovic West ham are more deadly than ever. However, Lanzini is the most creative player in the team and is their Key player.
11. Arsenal – Alexis Sanchez
Not the other Alex (Alexandre Lacazette), Alexis Sanchez has always been Arsenal’s key player. His superlative form will be crucial for Arsenal, especially in the Europa league. Lacazette and Ozil will also be important to the team.
12. Bournemouth – Jermaine Defoe
The top striker will be the one expected to bring on the goals for his team, he never seems to age, does he?. Nathan Akè and Begovic are also crucial players.
13. Brighton & Hove Albion – Glenn Murray
This newly promoted team is definitely full of players that we need to watch out for. Anthony Knockaert, Solly March and Dale Stephens. But the much experienced Glenn Murray is my pick.
14. Burnley – Jack Cork
The former Swansea midfielder is to me, Burnley’s key player this season. They survived the drop zone last season and look set to make a much better impact this season. Other new signings like Jon Walters and Phil Bardsley both from Stoke will also play vital roles.
15. Chelsea – Eden Hazard
Yes, yes, N’Golo Kante might be their most indispensable player now and very crucial to the team. But Hazard’s will be key in both the Champions league and premier league. He has played them both. His top level display last season, saw him score 16 goals for Chelsea. Morata will be important too, but let’s not put much pressure on the new lad.
16. Crystal Palace – Wilfred Zaha
No doubt it is Zaha. Benteke has been on and off in the premier league and inconsistent in the preseason. But Wilfred Zaha has been in good form. Also, Jaido Riedewald from Ajax is one to watch.
17. Everton – Wayne Rooney
It might be difficult to imagine the toffees without Lukaku. But they made sure they bought well during the transfer window. Sandro, Klaassen and Rooney, as well as the return of Yannick Bolasie, means Everton is complete attacking wise. But former player Rooney with all his quality will be crucial to them. Especially in the Europa League.
18. Huddersfield Town – Aaron Mooy

Liverpool had a decent transfer season, Salah and Solanke are good attacking additions. Players like Coutinho, Milner, and Firmino are crucial to Liverpool. But, undeniably Sadil is the man Jurgen Klopp really needs. Despite the fact that injury cut short his season, his stats were impressive and might get better this premier season
